Pashupati Shrestha, CPA is the founder of the “Buddha Tax and Accounting , CPA” firm and specializes in tax and business consulting services for small businesses and individuals. Pashupati Shrestha is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Pashupati Shrestha received his Bachelor of Science Degree in mathematical economics from the Colorado College, Colorado Springs, CO and Masters in Accounting from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. He has more than ten years of accounting and tax services experiences working in different companies ranging from small, medium to big. He started his career working as an auditor at Ernst and Young, New York City. He has experiences working in various fields such as audit, tax, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting in companies such as PwC, NFP Corporate Services and MUFG Bank. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

His background in financial areas lets him bring corporate experiences along with accounting expertise allowing him to be pro-active in both accounting and business consulting roles. In his spare time, Pashupati enjoys involving in community activities in Queens. He is also an active member of SEBS (Society of Ex Budhanilkantha Students). He is originally from Nepal and came to USA as a first generation student getting full scholarship for undergraduate education at Colorado College.
